Step 1. Log in to the Cayzu helpdesk portal with an administrative account
Step 3. Click on Ticket Settings
Note: If you want to use the contacts full name, please use this variable in the body of the text: Contact.FullName If you want to use the contacts first name, please use this variable in the body of the text: Contact.FirstName
