How can I change my reply starting text for tickets?

Step 1. Log in to the Cayzu helpdesk portal with an administrative account  

Step 2. Click on Admin (left side menu) to access the Admin section

 

Step 3. Click on Ticket Settings

Step 4. Change the reply message in the box

Step 5. Click Save

 

Note:

If you want to use the contacts full name, please use this variable in the body of the text: Contact.FullName

If you want to use the contacts first name, please use this variable in the body of the text: Contact.FirstName
