How can I add more languages to my End-User Portal?

To add more languages to your end-user portal follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Cayzu helpdesk account with an administrative account  

2. Click on Admin (left side menu) to access the Admin section

3. Click on Brands

4. Select the brand that you'd like to add the language to and Click Edit

5. Scroll down the page until you find Brand Language

6. Choose your Primary Language from the drop down

7. Choose all languages that you'd like support under Support Languages

8. Customize your end-user portal titles for each language by choosing each language individually: 

 

 

9. Once completed, scroll to the bottom and Click Save.
