What is my portal's default time zone and how can I change it?

By default your Cayzu Helpdesk portal will use the Eastern Standard Time (EST) time zone.


To change your default time zone follow these steps:

1. Log in to the Cayzu portal with an administrative account.

2. Click Admin (left menu).

3. Click Ticket Settings.

4. Select your time zone using the drop down.  And click Save.
