Step 1. Log in to Cayzu help desk portal with an administrative account  
Step 2. Click on Admin (left side menu) to access the Admin section
Step 3. Click on Security
Step 4. Click on Generate Token

The token will now be emailed to you. 

**** If you've issued a prior API key, it will be invalidated and all API calls will need to be updated to use this NEW token.
