How can I add an attachment to my articles?

To add an attachment to an article follow these steps:
1. Login to Cayzu Help Desk portal with an administrative account
2. Click on Articles (left menu)
3. Click add or edit on an article.
4. Click on Upload attachment (Max 50mb) , and you can select what you would like to add to that particular article.
