Yes, Cayzu allows you to hide the search from the End-User Portal.


To disable the search bar on your End-User portal, follow these steps:

1. Log in to Cayzu help desk portal with an administrative account.

2. Click on Admin (left side menu) to access the Admin section.

3. Click on Customization settings (Under End-User Portal Settings).

4. Click Display.

5. Click on next to: Disable Search Bar on your End-User Portal.

Now when you browse to your End-User Portal, the search boxes will be hidden.
