How can I edit a ticket's time & billing values?

Yes.  To edit a tickets attached time follow these steps: 

 

Step 1. Log in to your Cayzu Help Desk account

Step 2. Open the ticket that includes the associated time 

Step 3. Click Menu and Select TimeSheet 


Step 4. Choose the Date and Time that you'd like to change and Click Edit 

Step 5. Once complete, Click Save to update the time.
