Can I allow my customers to reply using a ticket link without having to log in ( public )?

Cayzu supports both private and public ticket URLs that can be accessed by your customers.  Public URLs make it easy for a customer to access a ticket without having to log in, or have an account.

To do enable public URLs in your email templates, add the below variable to your email templates that relate to ticket creation.

Variable: %ticket.contact.publiclink%
