To set up the FreshBooks Integration, please follow these steps:
Step 1. Log in to your FreshBooks Account.
Step 2. Click on the People tab and go to the Staff and Contractors sub tab.
Step 3. Click on Edit next to your Admin user.
Step 4. Please copy your API URL and Authentication Token as you will be required to supply this when setting up the integration in Cayzu Help Desk.
Step 5. Log in to your Cayzu Help Desk account with an administrative account
Step 6. Click on the Gear
Step 7. Click on App Integration
Step 8. Click on ON next to FreshBooks.
Step 9. You will be prompted for your FreshBooks API URL, Authentication Token and the text you would like to appear in FreshBooks note added to the log.
Your FreshBooks account is now integrated with Cayzu.
When you go into a ticket and add time, you will see the option to sync to FreshBooks.
