Yes, you can cancel your Cayzu Help Desk subscription at any time as you are never locked into a contract.  To cancel your Cayzu Help Desk subscription follow these steps:

Step 1. Log in to your Cayzu help desk portal with an administrative account  

Step 2. Click on the gear and select Primary Account Info

Step 3. Click Cancel Plan (under the Upgrade button)

Step 4. Now follow the on-screen instructions to complete your cancellation.
