Setting up your first Frequently Asked Question (FAQ) in your knowledge base should take you under 3 minutes. 

Step 1. Add a FAQ or Topic in your Cayzu Help Desk Portal


Step 2. Now lets assume the role of a customer looking for an answer to a question.  Navigate to your end-user portal and Click:  Submit a Request .


Step 3:  Fill in the Email address, Product, Type, Priority and for the Subject, put a question that would be related to the FAQ that you just created in Step 1 above.   Now move your cursor into the Description field and this is where the magic will happen! Cayzu's auto-suggest technology will suggest that FAQ to the user as a possible answer to their question! It's that easy!
