How can an agent change his or her signature?

To change your signature, please follow these steps:

Step 1. Log in to your Cayzu helpdesk account.

Step 2. Select your name at the top right.

Step 3. Click on settings from the pull out menu.

Step 4. Make the required changes for your signature and click update.



Note: Your signature will be automatically appended to outgoing ticket responses.
