Can I track the time I spend on a support ticket?

Yes. Cayzu Help Desk allows agents to track the time they spend on a ticket through timesheets.  Timesheets are attached to individual tickets and are also available as a consolidated report (Timesheet Report).  


To add a timesheet:   


Step 1. Log in to your Cayzu help Desk account

Step 2. Open a ticket 

Step 3. Scroll to the bottom and click Add Time or Start Timer under Time Tracker


Step 4. Fill in the required fields and click Save.  



The time log will now be available in the attached worksheet and in the report.
