Can I upgrade my plan at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your Cayzu Help Desk plan at any time and you will be charged the pro-rated amount.  Your original subscription date will not be changed.

 

Scenario: 

You purchased 4 agents on the annual Cayzu Pro plan on January 1, 2010.   On March 31, 2010 you added 2 more agents.  

 

What would I be charged?:

You would be billed a pro-rated charge of 9 months for the two new agents.  On January 1, 2011, you would be charged for the 6 agents at the regular rate.
