How do I make myself (an agent) unavailable to receive tickets?

At times an agent might want to make themselves unavailable due to a vacation, personal matter or being busy with another project.


Cayzu allows you to change your status to Unavailable.


To set your status as inactive, follow these steps:


Step 1. Log in to your Cayzu help desk portal   

Step 2. Click on your name (top right corner) and Click Settings 

Step 3. Under your profile set your status to "Unavailable" and Click Update to save your changes.


You're all set.  You will now not be available to get tickets assigned to you.
