To set up the Tawk Integration, please follow these steps:
Step 2. Click on Admin (Gear) from the left menu Step 3. Click Property Settings Step 4. Copy the Site ID. Step 5. Log in to your Cayzu Help Desk account with an administrative account Step 6. Click on the Gear Step 7. Click on App Integration Step 8. Click on ON next to Tawk. Step 9. You will be prompted for your Tawk License Code (Site Id). Step 10. Click Update. Your Tawk account is now integrated with Cayzu.
