Yes, Cayzu allows you to turn off the ability for a user to create an account via the End-User Portal.


To disable the ability for End-Users to sign in, follow these steps:

1. Log in to Cayzu Help Desk portal with an administrative account.

2. Click on Admin (left side menu) to access the Admin section.

3. Click End-User Portal Settings, Customization Settings.

4. Click off next to: 'Allow users to sign up using Cayzu's sign in mechanism'.


Now when you browse to your End-User Portal, the ability to sign up will be gone.
