To setup LiveChat for your Cayzu Help Desk account, follow these steps:

1. Login to LiveChat  (https://www.livechatinc.com/

2. Click on Settings

3. Click on Chat Settings

4. Click on Archives Forwarding

5. Fill in your unique email forwarding address for the desired brand.

6. Please click Save changes

7. Copy your LiveChat code on every page of your website before the tag that you want the chat widget to appear.


Now that you've followed the above steps all chat transcripts will be emailed into your Cayzu Help Desk portal as new tickets.
