How can an agent change his or her notification settings?

To change your ticket notifications, please follow these steps:

Step 1. Log in to your Cayzu helpdesk account

Step 2. Select your profile image in the top right.

 


 

Step 3. Click your image to expand the pull out menu and choose Settings

Step 4. Click on the notification Tab (left menu)

Step 5. Review all 3 tabs (Tickets, Customer Replies & Private Notes)

Step 6. Toggle ANY notification On/Off and then Click Save at the bottom of the page

Step 7. All set
