Creating common answer templates (macros) with Quick Responses

It's very common to have the same questions come up over and over again when doing support.  Having to re-create these same responses for every support request eats up valuable time for your agents. 


To save time, the Cayzu help desk system allows you to create predefined templates called Quick Responses.  Quick responses can be used in a single click when answering a support ticket.


To create a Quick Response:


Step 1. Log in to your Cayzu portal as an administrator.

 

Step 2. Admin (left menu) 

 

Step 3. Click Quick Responses 

 

Step 4. Now Click Add Quick Response and fill in the Name and Message and Click Save.

 


Example of a Quick Response:


Subject: How do I reset my password?

 

Message: Thanks for your inquiry.  To reset your password, simply email support@cayzu.com.  Thanks the Cayzu help desk team.
