Can I export ticket data from Cayzu ?

Yes, Cayzu allows you to export ticket data (including custom fields) into Excel or CSV.


To export ticket data, follow these steps:

1. Log in to Cayzu Help Desk as an agent.

2.  From the main ticket grid, Click Actions, Export.

3. Select the data range, CSV/Excel & other ticket criteria and Click Export.

4. The system will now start the export process for you and email you when the report is available.
