How can I force contacts to login to see my articles?

To force a contact to login to see your articles, follow these steps:

1. Log in to Cayzu help desk portal with an administrative account  

2. Click on Admin (left side menu) to access the Admin section

3. Click on Customization Settings (Under End-User Portal Settings)

4. Click OFF for "Folders/sub folders/articles can be viewed without requiring sign in"

Now when you browse to your end-user portal and click on an article, it will ask you to login to proceed.
