How can I turn the emails on or off that agents or requesters get from Cayzu?

To turn on/off the emails that get sent, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Cayzu help desk portal with an administrative account.

2. Click on Admin (left side menu) to access the Admin section.

3. Click on Emails.

Note: Emails are organized by emails received by agents or requesters.

4. Click off on/off next to the email template you would like to turn on or off.
