How can I set up Tawk in my Cayzu Help Desk?

To set up the Tawk Integration, please follow these steps:
 

1. Login to Tawk  (http://tawk.to/).

2. Click on Admin (Gear) from the left menu.

3. Click Chat Widget.

4. Copy the Direct Chat Link.


5. Log in to your Cayzu Help Desk account with an administrative account.

6. Click on Admin (left side menu) to access the Admin section.

7. Click on Apps in the side menu.

8. Click on ON next to Tawk.

9. You will be prompted for your Tawk License Code (Direct Chat Link).

10. Click Update.


Your Tawk account is now integrated with Cayzu.


Note:
To automatically create tickets for your Tawk chat transcripts, see this FAQ.

When you go to your end user portal, Tawk will now appear.
