To purchase more agents follow these steps:

1. Log in to Cayzu help desk portal with an administrative account.

2. Click on Admin (left side menu) to access the Admin section.

3. Select Agents / Groups / Roles.

4. Click the Buy More link under Actions.

5. Now follow the on-screen instructions to make your selection.

Note: The total displayed would be your new monthly total you will be charged. Also, if you are adding the agent in the middle of a month it will auto pro-rate the cost.
